Wholesale/Commercial customers ONLY – NO retail/NO fundraisers
ALL customers picking up MUST check into the office when picking up their first order of the season to update all contact information and tax exempt forms. If you are a new customer, we require proof of a legitimate business prior to any purchase. We reserve the right to require a $350.00 minimum per order based on yearly business.
Terms are COD where credit has not been established. Customers may be granted a line of credit after one full year of business and upon approval of an application.
Bartlett’s charge customers are Net 30 days. A 1 ½% per monthly service charge is added to all overdue accounts compounded monthly. Accounts over 60 days will be shut off until they are current.
A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any returned check and the account will be put on hold until resolved. Current tax exempt forms must be on file, otherwise 6.25% sales tax will be added to each invoice.
COD Customers: We accept payment using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, or Company Check at time of purchase. NO third party or personal checks will be accepted. No post dated checks will be accepted.
Charge Customers: We accept payment by Company Check. Credit Cards will be accepted; however there will be a 2% processing fee added to the amount being paid.

To Garden Centers and Landscape Yards – TBA
To job sites within 50 miles of Sudbury – TBA
Deliveries outside our normal truck routes (north & south shore, cape to Orleans) Additional charges will apply.
We reserve the right to enforce minimums during peak shipping weeks.
From 495 – take exit 63A and go east on Route 20 about 8 miles on left.
From 128/95 – take exit 41 and go west on Route 20 about 8 miles on right.
